TV didn;t work, so we missed the first 10 minutes of the show we left the Ballgame early to see. Staff moved us, but there were no towels or shampoo in the room.

Not family friendly for the fact that the restaurant is extremely overpriced for mediocre to poor food. The food is very low quality for the price you would expect in a fancy restaurant. No other eating options around the hotel.
